Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below There were no cats in this house at any timeThe technician did say cat urine could never be cleaned, but since there were never any cats here, this did not apply to usThe previous owner had dogsThat is why I wanted to meet with the owner in person so he could see this was not a cat urine issue, and maybe could have resolved the problem by inspecting it himself and seeing what is really there, not what he was incorrectly toldPerhaps he would like to come and see for himself there is no cat urine creating this problem, and something can be done to resolve this issue Regards, [redacted]

Dirty ducts are our business and we like to clean them. In this case we encountered a duct opening which was not cleanable based on the collected urine from cats using the floor vent to do his or her business. Excess amount of cat urine collected over time renders the flexible duct line not...
cleanable. Our technician advised the customer about this problem and offered replacement of the duct line in question. The answer was that they did have somebody else doing it. Roughly 4 weeks later we received the call on the "dirty" duct not being cleaned. It was a busy period in which I promised to go there to explain again and I missed to make it to the appointment. Our phone call afterwords describing the above mentioned problem again did not satisfy. At this point we do not see anything we could do from our site to better the perception of the writer of this complaint.
