Hello, I am just responding to the complaint number [redacted] concerning [redacted] She did drop off her vacuum in December of 2016, there were some complications fixing her machine so the procedure took a little longer than normal [redacted] and myself both had contact throughout the time period of her machine being in the care of AerusShe was in fact aware of the machine being here for a long period of time and the reason whyWe did completely fix the issue she wanted us to and she was happy at the end of the transaction that happened in January of Thank You, [redacted]
