AES Performance and General Repair

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: whenever I contact them, they tell me it will be one more dayThey don't contact meI contact themEvery time I go there, they say it will be another day or two before it would be completedEvery time I call them, nothing has been done to the carI have vehicles in the lot right nowThere is a white Chevy van with a water pump issue, and they have never gotten back to me on itIt's a work vehicle, and I've never gotten even an estimateI have a Jeep that was dropped offThey said it needed a new engine and they were going to put something inI purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee which needs a transmissionThey were going to steal parts from one to put on the other, but that engine only lasted days, when it had to be towed backI was told then by the business manager that they would deduct the towing fee from any final charge they haveThey told me they would have to buy a conversion kit, it would cost a $to have the engine redoneHe asked for $down do start the work and I paid it.I've been there times, and they've never called me.If he is not going to fix the vehicles, then he should return the moneyIt’s been months and I don’t have a working vehicle Regards,

The Owner of the vehicle has been contacted multiple times in an attempt to get the vehicle moved, money collected, or to find an action that is ok with the owner of the vehicle to get it removed.
