To Whom It May Concern,The [redacted] s contacted us to install a new septic system as their current one was failed. They were in a rush because it didn't work properly any more. They already had a septic design and permit, that we did not design. The design called for a special kind of... sprayheads that we had never used. We scheduled their installation and the morning of their installation, our supplier that delivers the tanks and supplies informed us that those sprayheads would have to be special ordered. Because their system was failed, we made the decision to go ahead and install the tanks so that they could begin using their system. Our supplier said it would take several days to get the sprayheads in. We did fail to notify them of this at the time we heard from our supplier. It was simply an oversight on our part. However, Mr. [redacted] called us, and we did let him know what the hold up was. The sprayheads took a week to arrive. It also has rained for 10 straight days. So at the first opportunity to install the sprayheads when the weather cleared the last part of last week, we hurried over to complete. She was angry that we didn't call her before showing up. She called the office and spoke with me. I told her that I was not the owner, and I would have to speak with them to see if we could compensate them. I did tell her that we made a mistake by not contacting them at the beginning to let them know immediately about the sprayheads, but that there was nothing we could do about the rain or the ordering of the sprayheads. This has been one of those jobs that seemed doomed from the beginning, yet mostly out of our control. Our desire to try to help them quickly without making sure the sprayheads were in stock, backfired. I did speak with my sons who are the owners about what we could do for them, and they told me to add an extra year to their maintenance contract and warranty. That was Friday evening after I spoke with her late Friday afternoon. Before I could let her know this morning what they would do, she had complained to BBB over the weekend. Nick [redacted] , one of the owner's had spoken with Mr. [redacted] on Friday night, and explained to him all of the happenings, and he seemed to understand. He even told Nick that his wife wanted to complain to BBB but that he told her not to. We are certainly willing to add a year to their maintenance contract and warranty, and feel that is more than fair. Respectfully,Michele [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern: In regards to the complaint, [redacted] was refunded her entire amount. I refunded initially $[redacted], and after she called me a liar and was extremely rude, decided it was better to send the remaining $[redacted], even though we had already done the work that warranted $[redacted]....

Please let me know if you need additional information. Respectfully, [redacted]

To Whom it May Concern:My name is Michele [redacted] and I am an employee of AES Septic.  My son owns AES Septic.  This complaint is a former customer of a business that my exhusband and I owned, American Environmental Services.  It is NOT a parent company.  It is a company that is...

no longer in business, and has no affiliation with AES Septic.  AES Septic has no ties to this job at all as I am not anything other than an employee.  As you can see from what he wrote, the work wasn't septic related at all.  Please remove this complaint from an innocent company.  If needed, I can provide the documentation of the LLC to prove ownership.  Respectfully,Michele [redacted]
