AES has continually called after I have told them at least 3 times to place me on their do not call list. When they do call they thank me for my requested order that has been shipped and that they hope than I will send them a prompt payment. so that they may pay their disadvantaged employees. Their products are always way overpriced but they prey upon sympathy for their disadvantaged employees. ie ( a kitchen set of a towel, pot holder and over mitt for $ 58.95 which one could purchase locally for at most $25.00) A call from them 2 days ago requested a late payment for a recent shipment. (which I didn't order) then the contact wanted to place a order tracker with the USPS.
When I once again asked to be placed on their do not call list I was told that I must have them confused with a different organization and that it was not them. My last order from them was paid for in August 2012.
Account # [redacted]
Loan Seq: [redacted] and 1002
I was enrolled in school full-time from August 2010 until April 2012, and worked only part-time earning $10.00 an hour for four hours a week from October 2011 to April 2012, which helped pay for my gas to and from school and work.
I went back to work full time on August 20, 2012, and started receiving a paycheck two weeks later. I have been paying on this loan ever since. For the loan to be upped at this time from $379.74 to $518.42 with me never getting a raise and working for the state of Arizona is something I cannot afford. My monthly bills total $2007.36 and I owe charge cards $10,645.26. I have to then turn around and charge my food, gas, and prescriptions. I have no money to pay any extra monthly.
I cannot afford the $518.42 a month, and for you to raise it like that with no notice is not right.
