My spouse, [redacted] purchased a [redacted] for this business last December in the amount of $ The business is a "mobile massage" place that does in-home massage therapy My wife initially tried scheduling an appointment, but due to outside circumstances, had to reschedule twice When we finally scheduled a third time, after confirming the date with the business, they never showed up to our home Nor did they attempt to contact us to tell us why they couldn't show up We tried contacting the business by phone to reschedule our massage, but received no reply Eventually we tried asking the business for a refund, but still received no response We have left numerous emails and voicemails to the business, but have received no word from the company Also, our [redacted] for this business has since expired Per [redacted] 's policy, once it expires, the business gets to keep the money So in summation, they have received our money, but gave us no services More concerni

I scheduled a massage with this company in October They had to cancel it due to a staffing issue I now have discovered five fraudulent charges since then on my credit card totaling over $All five charges were manually keyed in by the merchant, Aesthetic Bodyworks Mobile MassageThis is unacceptable and needs to be addressed!!
