with time. She missunderstood and thought that it would entirely disapear, which, was never the case. A few days later, I recived a smear campain on my website that was anonymous. Two weeks later, I recieved a call from the client stating the same thing she did on my website and that she wanted her money back. I explained to her that I needed to see her in person, she reluctantly agreed and came in. When the client came in, the spot appeard slightly better, so I explained to the client that she need a strong source to treat it, she agrreed. In the end she was given a precription for a lightning cream and asked to come back in one month for an IPL teatment. The client was asked to come back in one in one month follow-up. We reviewed before and after photos but did not agree with her results. I explaned to the client that pigment takes time to lighten. I asked her to come in back in one month for a follow-up, she refused and said that she would call me.At this pont I have met with the cosnsumer in good will to try to resolve this problem. She was written a prescription and treated with an IPL machine, a cost normally $300, totaly free. I have since refunded the client in full. I feel that I went over and beyond to resolve the complaint, but in the end, the client just wanted her $100 back.
