Aesthetic Eyebrow

Review: I went to the kiosk inside of the mall to get my eyebrows threaded. Because of the dim lighting I did not notice that there was a bald spot in my I. I looked in the mirror, payed and quickly left to go to work. Once I seen my eyebrows underneath the vanity in the bathroom that was well lit I notice two small bald spots on each eyebrow. My eyebrows are not thick to start so it initially it went unnoticed. I went back to the owner (she claimed that she was not the owner, until I asked for her manager, then she said she was the owner) and she proceeded to tell me that I was a liar and that she did not believe me and that there was nothing she was going to do. I then went to the mall management (forestville mall) who did nothing to resolve the issue. I encourage people to avoid this place. When I told a friend about it she mentioned she had the same issue with that place only she refused to pay. The woman has no skill in the services she offer and she also displays horrible customer service. Never call a consumer a liar, why would anyone butcher their own face!Desired Settlement: They need to offer an apology and issue a refund.
