ASRV has been one of my favorite brands for quite some time. From the material they use, all the way down to the details is crisp and clean. Their customer service is always able and willing to provide you with a solutions if one arrises, which most times it hasn't. The cost is up there with the other tops brands, but well worth it.
ASRV has always provided me with quality workout apparel. I work as a Fire Fighter and when I train to stay fit for duty, ASRV has always been my go to brand for training apparel. When ASRV started offering face masks, I immediately ordered some for myself. For a brand to be able to provide me with a mask I can wear on a daily basis around the station, during a time where PPEs are so scarce even for first responders, is a blessing and something amazing that ASRV is doing.
I ordered 11 items from ASRV and received only half of my order. I contacted them many times right after I received my delivery to inform them I was short items. After about 10 days they contacted me and stated that they checked and said they shipped all items. Again I contacted them and they suggested I contact FedEx to resolve my issue. The package came sealed with no sign of being open. I contacted them again and have not received any response. The product is high quality and very expensive. I have no recourse and lost my money. If you have a problem, from my experience they will not help. Instead they have kept my money without giving me what I purchased.
I saw a snazzy ad on Instagram and got reeled in. I purchased a pair of pants and was impressed. A few months later I ordered nearly $700 in clothes and was excited. Package arrives and unfortunately it's for a Shawn Fu. In Taiwan. I'm in New Mexico.
No problem, stuff happens. I email immediately and ask what comes next. No response for three days. I follow up. Again, nothing. It's now two weeks later and I've emailed five times, reached out on Facebook and Instagram, and messaged the founder on Instagram as well. Still nothing.
I have no idea why I can't get even a basic response. Even just to say sorry or offer a refund. I'd hoped to avoid writing a negative review but I feel I have no options left. This is frustrating and I feel like a sucker.
I was a good customer but for some reason ASRV decided they didn't want me as one. It honestly makes little sense to me. Big bummer.

After looking through our communication records, we see that we had replied to you within four days acknowledging that we would send you your correct order in which we did and you acknowledged on 9/10/2019. We have hundreds of inquiries come in each day and as stated by our customer service department, each time you reply to the original email chain, it moves your original spot down to the bottom. We do see that you have ordered from us a few more times after this review and have not heard from you since so we are assuming that you are now happy with the products and service. We thank you for being a customer of ASRV!

Great fit and super comfortable and very nice design, however, I was disappointed in its durability. My joggers lasted 2 months before the butt area stiching started coming apart. For the price tag I expected more. I really hope this is fixed cuz I thought everything else was perfect.

Sorry to hear you are having some quality issues with your purchase. If you are not aware we do have a 1 year manufacturing warranty! We will replace your product for you no problem :)
We take extreme care to provide the highest quality craftsmanship and fabrics on the market and we stand behind the performance of every one of our products. Therefore, if you experience a manufacturing defect on any item, you can return it for a replacement within one year of purchase.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper care. Normal wear and tear is the inevitable signs of age that products show with years of use, such as small abrasions or minor color fade.
To report a manufacturing defect and receive an immediate replacement, please send an email including your order number and a photo of the defect to sales@aestheticrevolution

This clothing is reassuringly expensive, you may pay slightly more but the quality speaks for itself hands down the best clothing I own. I hope in the future they can expand in the UK to cut down on postage and duty costs, however I am more than happy with the delivery times and customer service and will definitely use again and recommend to others.

I only wish I’d discovered this brand years ago. Haven’t purchased a lot but from my experience so far everything’s been great. No complaints whatsoever. All clothing quality has been amazing. Very quick shipping. Worth every penny!

ASRV is definitely the prime clothing company that I wear each and every day. Their garments and gear are absolutely phenomenal. From the aesthetics, fit, feel, all the way to the aspect of durability and performance... ASRV does it all! This brand is everything I could ever want and need. I seriously can’t even count how many products I’ve purchased because they are indeed “perfection” in my eyes. In my honest opinion, I think they have really bridged the gap between fitness and fashion. The fact that the gear is so versatile enough to wear inside and outside of the gym is just astounding to say the least. To be honest, there is rarely I time I leave home without an entire ASRV outfit. They are just THAT good. I trust in this company because they incorporate the finest materials and craftsmanship that are quite unparalleled. Out of all the clothing I’ve ever owned, nothing comes close! Lastly, I also believe the customer service is absolutely outstanding as well! If I ever have questions or concerns, I receive answers in a timely fashion and always get that peace of mind.
