I had an engine breakdown with my vehicle which was covered through [redacted] It took multiple phone calls to over a period of months to get my engine replaced My engine was finally replaced with another bad engine which only had 68,miles on it I encountered multiple representatives who were dismissive and snarky with compassion [redacted] remedy my issues I would not recommend anyone use their warranty at all

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt withHidden fees and deductibles They are slow about taken care of claims and will avoid making contact with repair companiesI sat in a repair shop for hours waiting for them to make payment for repairs on my carI had to pay someone to pick me up I live minutes away from repair shop They sent faulty equipment and I am having to miss work and rent a car again to get my car repaired

Great company - thank God I had Aeverex - they responded immediately - paid for my rent a car and paid for the repairsExcellent excellent company***

I have had several encounters with this company and I have to say all of them were excellent and way above averageThe last one I had even though my vehicle was over the mileage limit they had sent me to an accredited shop so the manager said that was their mistake and covered the entire amountMy warranty will be up in a few month but if I had the opportunity to get another vehicle covered by them I would not hesitate

check engine light came on in my Buick Verano (witch has been like a 4th child to me since purchasing) and this was the first time she was ever sick my heart was racing calling them expecting to get a not so positive conversation and feed back and expecting to be without a car for awhile if I had to pay a drastic amount in repairs
they did not have a network shop in my area so assigned me to go to any shop for the in network deductible price
I took it to a local gm dealer they checked it out and it was not good at all they pretty much told me it was going to be a thirteen hundred dollar job
I waited by the phone anxiously for the dealer ship to call me after speaking with aeverex when they did call they told me everything was covered and all I would need to pay is the 100$ deductible I felt like the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders I took my car in on saturday and today is monday and around 12pm the dealer called me to let me know my baby was all finished and put back together and ready to be picked up

They sent faulty equipment and I am having to miss work and rent a car again to get my car repaired.

The warranty they sell is WORTHLESS!!!! Horrible customer service and they dont fix issues with cars. Sold me a car with sludge in the engine and refuse to reimburse my rental car and to fix the car when Ive only had it for 5 months!!!!!!
