Review: [redacted],I have tried many times over the last few weeks to have you call me back regarding issues that I have found from the work performed at [redacted]. When I first agree to hire your company, I made it a point that I wanted the work to be done correctly and up to code with the borough. My experience with you was fairly good, up until you took the final payment. Since then you have been difficult to get in touch with. Below is the list of open items I want to address with you.Sidewalk drain install -- We provided the specification to you on the first day in order to meet code. If you do not want to fix it, then I expect a full refund of $300 for this job based on your quote.Deck not up to code -- Although we decided to change the scope of work on the deck, it still doesn't excuse the fact that the deck/stairs does not meet proper code and safety requirements. As the contractor, I expected you to bring this to my attention and if additional cost was required to fix it properly. This will cost me an additional $700 to fix.Kitchen countertop laminate -- When we agreed to stay with the original countertop, you told me that the countertop was in good condition and you would repair it if necessary. The countertop laminate is coming loose needs to be reglue in multiple locations.
