The information was sent to [redacted] 's husband [redacted] that morning Since the customers tax preparer uses a computer the forms to file for the Solar Investment Credits automatically comes up when you answer yes to the question did you install solar This was a misunderstanding as the manual forms were of no use to their tax person.We also received a call from the person filling out their paperwork with a question which was answered same day

I sent [redacted] a proposal detailing the years and that being less than the $a year more than covering the $9,in her case as I had told you I was going to do To make a long story short after she made numerous insults, inflating the amount she paid as a good faith deposit on her project from $3,to $8,in complaints to numerous people I decided and communicated to her that I felt it best to not move forward with the grossly discounted project I had previously offered.I sent [redacted] an email this morning telling her I was going to refund her deposit I'm planning a trip to Florida next week to see several spring training baseball games and when I get back I'd like to come by your office to discuss what would be the best course to move forward [redacted] General Manager Solar Integration

Finally received it FridayFinallyafter so many monthssatisfied with final outcomejust can't say satisfied with themlack if communication, time and didn't seem like they really wanted to do businesswill NEVER recommend them

We were not provided with a contract

The initial install date we set up was missed as the customer took over a month to return the needed interconnection forms and credit application Then the customer had an employment change which we had to update financing application and approvals I agree, trying to get this processed
has been more than a challenge If its agreeable with the customer I think refunding the down payment would be best for everyone and they can reapply at a latter time

We will send her the check right away, I'm sending her an email, i'll copy you, we need a formal cancellation request and exchange mutual releases related to this project I was told To save time I'm going to email that to her and we will accept an agreed reply as opposed to mailing forms back and forth

Both of the forms the customer sent you state "eligible for a Federal Solar Investment Credit of ### and a State Solar Investment Credit in the amount of ###."We had no way of knowing the customer didn't understand what an investment credit is At no time did they ask or say that they didn't understand The information we provided that you can see on the paperwork is accurate, the equipment has been independently tested and the system is eligible for the Solar Investment Credits

All of the rebate data is correct, I contacted the customer and he refused to protect proprietary marketing materials through a provided Non Disclosure Agreement.  The customer wants to cancel which is what this is really about, we're going to send a release form to do that.

I heard from this customer this morning as well and told him I printed and turned in his form on September 12 and I would get an update next week for him.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  We should not have to ask about the credits.  They should have been clearly explained exactly how the credits were going to be received.  They have an obligation to be transparent in all of their dealings with their clients when large amounts of money are involved.  Mr. Haveman told us the amount we would be liable for after the credit regardless of our tax situation.  This is deceptive practice by omission.  It should have been made clear that there was a possibility we could be responsible for more than the stated amount handwritten by Mr. Havemann during the discussion in 2016 and before the panels were installed.  As he stated over the phone on 2/13/2017, after the tax credit was clearly explained, Mr. Havemann could not guarantee that amount  previously discussed because he had no knowledge of our income and tax situation.  Here lies the crux of the deceptive practice.  Mr. Havemann could have never guaranteed the amount indicated without this information.  If we had known we could possibly be responsible for a higher balance we might not have opted to have the Solar Panels installed.
