Supplier advised by phone that item was backorder for a month and offered to cancel. I did, then called back to reinstate and wait. Courteously agreed to do so. Received item in mail less than a week later! Great surprise. Very happy with lowest price I could find and very prompt service.

True customer service every step of the way. Follow up and follow through. Personal service in dealing with one person throughout and she was available and responsive to questions at all times of day/night. I was able to deal with and arrange request for a more complete delivery and set up service. I would use this company again.
