This is not a professionally run businessThe website promises one day serviceAfter promising delivery of a dumpster, they called with excuses about their trucks being broken and took four days for initial deliveryThen when it was time to change out the dumpster, they didn't come to get it for two days after requested and they didn't replace it, they took it away for hours to be emptied while the work on our job was stopped waiting for itThe dumpster itself is an eyesore with peeling paint and wooden railings on the sides in an attempt to increase the capacityAs said, the trucks are broken and unreliable
Finally, the "family" that runs the company is often not availableThey have a typical British idea of customer service, which is that there isn't anyThe woman who schedules is very condescending, rude and eager to pick a fight if questioned in any way

What a great companyThe prices were reasonable and from start to finish the service was exceptional
