I would first like to address the issues mentioned that happened in the past, and are unrelated to the recent service issues he had for which he is seeking a refund.We hire a third party contractor to bury new customer dropsIt is rare that they damaged sprinkler systems, but in the event that they
do, we fix the sprinkler system to the customer's satisfactionIt appears this customer is saying we did just thatI am not sure what the complaint is for as far as that goes.The customer had called about service issues in June of 2016, and we determined their wireless router was the cause of the issues.We allowed them to use a router provided by us temporarily to demonstrate that there would not be issues after the router was replacedThey used our router until August, and then got a new router, and were setup with the new routerWe were not aware of any issues with their connection after replacing their first router that was causing the issue.The customer contacted us on Thursday October 20th at 8:AM to notify us of a service issueWe had a technician out there shortly who repaired some equipmentTheir connection came back up at 10:AM of that same day, and we thought the issue was completely resolvedThe customer called us again at 10:AM of that same day requesting a refundI notified him that we do not provide refunds for service outages less than hours in most cases, and not for outages as short as hoursThe customer then called back at 9:PM of that same day to notify us that their connection had gone back downWe had a technician at their house again the morning of Friday October 21st to continue work on the issueThe customer called again Friday October 21st 9:AM to inform us that the issue had now been resolved, and he was again seeking a refundWe issued their account a credit in the amount of $which is the cost of a half month of service.The total time from first contact regarding the issue to full resolution was hoursWe feel that a credit for half a month of free service is more than adequate compensation for the service issues

I am rejecting this response because:They are simply documenting our most recent outage. However, we have had issues with intermittent service much of our time with AF Connect. They have blamed our router many times, but then realized (oops!) it was actually a known issue in our area (our neighbors also experience frequent outages). The service technician knows us by name... We are constantly having outages, inconveniently after hours when no one is available to help. We have called, and called, and called, leaving voice message after voice message, almost never to receive a phone call back. We get stuck talking with Kyle, who is one of the worst Customer Service representatives I've ever worked with. Excuses is all we get, and all we want is a reliable internet service! When we do not get service during many of our nights at home (most crucial time to have it) we feel a refund is fair.They clearly don't care about their customers and this is frustrating. We go out of our way to support small, local businesses and have really regretted our decision to go with AF Connect. This is a last resort as our issues with their service continue. I've still had issues since my initial report to the Revdex.com. All I want is for someone from AF Connect to diagnose my connectivity issues and fix them, and then to have continuous, reliable internet service. As a paying customer since May of 2015, I don't think that is too much to ask.
