One month with horrible serviceMultiple calls and visits from technicians who all told me different things but took multiple steps to correct those multiple issues After last visit the technician told me I may have a faulty router, which I had to purchase from the company when I signed upWhen I contacted customer service again I was told my concerns would get passed on to a manager The next day the OWNER of the company called me and [redacted] He told me all issues were on my end and we're my fault, even though every tech that had come, had found and fixed yet another issueHe told me my only option was to switch service providers [redacted] I was very shocked in the manner of which the OWNER treated me because up to that point all of the customer service representatives had been very understanding and politeNo matter what the situation, this man, [redacted]
City Wide Communications has given me the worst customer service ever, they take your money and then don't even have the courtesy to follow up with numerous phone messages. I have had to call 3 days in a row while working just to finally reach the manager today who was [redacted], [redacted]? and decided to focus more on me cutting her off then the fact that I've had to rebook my apt for internet 3 times now because of an issue on THEIR END. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE.. [redacted] .
