Afficient Towing & Recovery Arizona

This is by far the worst business I have ever come across. Not only are their employees extremely rude and unhelpful, they illegally hold your car and refuse to make accommodations to get it back.

My car was towed from my apartment complex because it was accidentally parked one spot over from my assigned spot. Upon realizing that my car was gone I immediately contacted this company. I was told to call back Monday. Slightly frustrated with having to wait the weekend to get my car back I did some research. Come to find that towing companies are required to have someone available 24/7 to get your car back if it is towed from private property without consent of a police officer. After reading this I called back and told the guy who answered this. All he said was No, call back Monday, and hung up on me. So, I called the police station for assistance. They confirmed that I was correct and they are required by law, to have someone available so I can retrieve my car. I called this company back and again and told them that I had spoken to the police and would like to get this resolved. The guy finally agreed I could get my car back that day at 9pm. I said fine I'll meet you there. However since I was a little wary at this point I told him that I was going to have a police office meet us there as well. After this he told me "Nevermind, I don't feel like dealing with you" and hung up on me yet again. So I called the police back who then attempted to contact him. When he finally answered he told them he was being compliant and agreed to meet me at 9pm. The police then said they were going to start a conference call so we could all talk. After they told him this he hung up. They then attempted to get him back on the phone by calling him over and over for at least 30 minutes. He never answered. Finally got my car back the next morning.

This company has no morals, scam people and break the law. After speaking to the police they said this is not the first incident with this company and they have a history of being horrible.
