I am rejecting this response because: Everything that was written in this complaint through Affiliated is vague and a lieThe tech starting yelling, screaming and cursing in my face, who was supposed to be a manAs a matter of a fact there were three men, the initial tech who accused me of letting my windows down before the three days were up, another tech, and the owner as wellAll three men behaved very unethically and unprofessionallyI am a woman who was forced to behave like a man in combatI felt very threatened and offended, I was disrespected by three supposed to be men running a businessCameras do not lie, and the tape can be reviewed to see the entire incidentI never left and returned yelling and screaming, I remained in the parking lot contacting *** Police Department as I informed them I would doHowever, the owner and the tech who cursed me and yelled in my face first fled the scene and remained gone while *** Police Officers showed up to talk with meI was never advised by the officers to leave as though I was the potential problem, the other party was not there to speak with because they fled the sceneThe Officers and myself came to an agreement on what to doThere was no need for me to remain on the premises after I spoke with the Officers when the owner and the tech fled the scene together, never returning while the Officers were presentI knew it would come to this point and I am well prepared for the tables to be turned and for Affiliated to blame me, trying to make me out of an angry monsterI was never aggravated or upset about the tint being replaced when I called a week in advance or the morning I showed up going over the details on the tint that wasn't satisfactoryI became upset after I was disrespected and cursed out by the tech who behaved so unprofessionally, pointing his finger in my face while yelling and screaming at meI would like to close this statement with this: If I showed up behaving frantically and belligerently why was I the one to call *** Police Officers, and why would the the owner take the tech, and the both of them leave together with the owner driving with the tech on the passenger sideClearly doesn't make any sense, this is Affiliated's Glass operation of business,not mine

*** *** did have her windows tinted at Affiliated Auto GlassShe did bring her car back because she was not satisfiedUpon inspection the tech did mention to her that it did look as though the windows were rolled down prior to the time given for drying, typically daysShe demanded that she
did not roll her windows downThe tech told her, either way Affiliated Auto Glass will replace the tint for free and correct the problemShe was very aggravated, and began yelling and screaming in our customer waiting areaShe was then told we could give her a full refund, and remove all the tint from her carThis made her extremely angryShe cursed and yelled even louderShe was given and asked to leaveShe went outside, and then returned to the office, still yelling and cursingAt that point the owner asked her to leaveShe then went outside, and called the *** Police DepartmentTwo patrol cars showed upUpon listening to her story, the police advised her to leaveAffilited Auto Glass will not pay *** *** any additional moneyThe was given a full refund, and kept all of the tint on her carShe was given a free tint job
