I am rejecting this response because Affiliated Bank spoke directly with Equifax and don't understand the reason why Equifax is not receiving their monthly updates. Affiliated Bank will send a update to Equifax on Nov 5, 2016 and my husband, [redacted] and my credit report will still reflect a 8/5/16 updated.  I had this problem with another credit who worked with the credit bureau to resolve the issue immediately. With all due respect, I would to see our credit reports updated from the 11/5/16 update or I will be looking into other alternatives. This issue is preventing our credit scores from increasing because the balance on Affiliated Bank is not decreasing.
