It won't let me qualify for a complaint so I'll review hereI have been called in for interviews was lead to believe I got the job did multiple follow ups on the phone and they won't even bother to get back with meHow there on Revdex.com but cant handle their business with me is beyond me

We offer the following facts in response to the above claim.Affiliated Building Maintenance was engaged to do this work by a Property Management Company on behalf of the property owner and NOT the claimant. There was prior work done by other and the walls were open. We believe that the work...

by others was in regards to mold remediation.We attempted to repair the drywall and paint the walls. When we discovered that the finished job was outside of our acceptable high standards we contacted the property management company. At that time I offered to pay in full the costs for a specialist to redo the work. The property management company engaged a specialist and I paid the costs for the specialist. The sum total of our costs to take care of the issue was $3,209.52.We in no way cheated the tenant, nor did anyone treat her in anyway other than professionally. In all ways and all manners we were committed to making certain that the issue was resolved.We apologized for the issues AND made sure that the work was completed in a manner that our customers, the property management company and the owner, were totally agreeable to, including the fact that Affiliated paid the specialist.We have stood behind our work for 18 years and when in a rare instance the outcome is not to our high standards we immediately do everything we can to make it right. In this case that was done professionally and on a timely basis. Review: These guys were hired to replace dry wall through out my home, replace any insulation (I especially told him, I wanted to replace the insulation as well with same kind and to write that into the estimate) and paint. The job they did was so bad, another company is having to come out and redo all the work they did. Cut out everything!! Up cutting out everything, there was no insulation that was put back into the walls, the wrong type of drywall was used. When I pointed out there was still tape residue left from the area being isolated to remove black mold. I told the guy you aren't planning on painting over the tape residue were you, he said he'd pick up acetone to take it off the walls and ceilings. After 4 days of waisting my time, [redacted] told me the job was finished. It looked so bad, I had to tell him to get the heck out and that a 15 year old with no experience what so ever could had done a better job. What's more upsetting, is he didn't replace the insulation with in the walls or the attic, when he was told to do so and painted over tape residue!!! Who does this!! These people should be aloud to work in anyones home. They cheated the home owner of insulation and poor craftsmanship. I'd like to make sure they don't ever do a job for anyone or people that hire them, need to be aware, they'll cheat you of a job that's suppose to be done. They wasted 4 days and lied to me about insulation going back into the walls and didn't rid the walls or ceilings of tape residue. When I called to complain the lady who answered the phone, said I should consider going with some one else and hung up on me! Who does this? I mean you cheat a paying client of everything that was disused and then call the job complete? They should lose their license to do work as they lied and cheated the homeowner of a bid and items to be replaced.Desired Settlement: They should be made to apologize to me for lying to me about the insulation that was suppose to have gone back into the walls and ceiling and they have already agreed to pay for the cut and removal of the horrible work the guy did and they should fire the darn liar!! He lied and deceived me on every level!!!
