Once again, there was a citation issued by the police for this specific vehicle and we had no choice but to have this vehicle towed or have further citations issued and additional expense to "the owner of the vehicle". As previously mentioned, the property did receive a fine for $for this inoperable vehicle which Ms*** would be responsible for payment; this is the "vehicle owner's expense"

A notice from the police department was served that all inoperable vehicles would be tagged and towed.  The property received a "Citation and Complaint" with a fine for $187.00 for Ms. [redacted] vehicle, see attached documentation.  The attached response from my manager, Brandy Mortensen, states the vehicle did not have a parking permit and was not registered with the office therefore we had no way to know Ms. [redacted] was the owner nor did we have any information to contact her to resolve the situation (so she could use her AAA).As previously mentioned, the property did receive a fine for $187.00 for this inoperable vehicle which Ms. [redacted] would be responsible for payment; this is the "vehicle owner's expense".  The property has paid the fine and has not passed those charges on to Ms. [redacted].  In addition, I did request that our manager, [redacted], check all vehicles at this time.  I have a statement from her that to the best of her knowledge all vehicles are currently in operating condition.We do apologize if we have upset Ms. [redacted] in any way.  Parking procedures are in place and reasonable action was taken based on the citation received from the City of Madison.If you need additional information, please feel free to contact me.Thank you for your assistance and we hope we can put this matter behind us.Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: On Friday April 10th 2015 I got home from work to see that my car had been towed away. So I decided to go over to the office to see why and they told me it was because it was inoperable and I told them that that was not true.It was a 1997 chevey van 1500. The van's back tire was on a slow leak and out of air, so they towed it away without warning. Which I feel we should of recieved. It cost me $232 to get it out the pound and I really can't afford that. I tried calling ACC Management but they won't help. Even one of the employees in the office asked me did we recieve notice and we didn't. Now since I called management about it they are putting warnings up but were was mine not fair at all. The van had a slow leak in the tire and was out of air. I was able to drive it out of the pound.Desired Settlement: I don't even want money back, but what I do need is $232 credited towards my rent.
