My sons' money has been with the co. since Jan 2016, though I have tried to get some things for him they always have an excuse, took out 1500. all ready and I can't get a dime out. Have followed "their guidelines" and have been turned down each time. They don't call or communicate for days. Tried to get a vechicle for him and went through all their requests down to the letter and it was 1 excuse after another and finally they decided he wasn't able to drive without endangering himself. He has had a license in n.h. tx. mo.and ar without a single accident. My ? who made you the Dr. to decide this????????

In the beginning of July I made arrangements with Affiliated Dentists to start a payment plan of $50 a month with my first payment beginning July 30, 2013. My total bill was $201.75. On July 26, 4 days before my payment is due I get a letter from Transworld Systems, a collection agency, that I have an unpaid balance with Affiliated Dentists. I sent full payment in as to avoid reflection on my credit report. On July 29, 2013 I contacted the billing dept at the dental office and was told that this was an error on their part and that I should have never of gotten the letter from Transworld. I was told that this wasn't a collection agency. I explained to the billing rep. at Affiliated Dentists this is misrepresentation on Transworlds part as their letter states they are a collection agency. Transworlds letter was attached to my letter addressed to Affiliated Dental along with full payment. On August 5, 2013 I receive a second letter from Transworld again stating I have an unpaid balance. Yet another call is placed to Affiliated Dentists whose billing practices are erroneous and incompetent. A letter has been composed to Transworld with confirmation of payment that was posted to my Chase account. I'm highly concerned this will reflect poorly on my credit report and find this to be a tremendous amount of work for an error on Affiliated Dentists part.
