We contacted this owner same day of his complaint It was determined there was no excessive sedation given and explained there was nothing that would have resulted in death There was no injury or harm from our medical care The owner's purported claims of negligence are unfounded
We have offered a goodwill refund for this owner's concerns which he accepted
