Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: when ever I had a dental appointment there job is to contact the insurance company before services are done that how I knew what my portion was When I did not have the lower left side scale clean and I ask for the return of my return to my credit card it was not a problemWhen I found out a month later the money was not return I contact youthey are rip-off consnow they are trying to come up with some trump up chargesFor any services I had and I know what they were they suppose to summit them to the insurance company which is Metlife Sincerely, [redacted]

This person is the sister of an employee that we terminated for having her sister begin this invisalign case(the employee did not receive permission from any doctor to begin this case) and only charging her $ The case never should have been started and the doctor over invisalign says it is too complex for the student and school to do Even if we would do the case it would cost $not $ Basically this individual and her sister (the terminated employee) are trying to defraud Affinia Healthcare and ATSU by getting $in services for $200.This patient has been notified that her case is too complex for students and her $will be refunded Patient was not happy with refund, she insist on getting the invisalign An apology was offered to patient and told that there is no way we can do this type of work for the misquoted amount along with the work is too complex for students It is recommended that patient seek this service outside of Affinia Healthcare

We have received this complaint and would like to inform the Revdex.com that it has been resolved She was refunded her money with her credit card since that was the form she used to pay for the downpayment

The consumer made an appointment for 2/and 3/which was cancelledWe have a clinic and the dental school which have different pricesThe clinic has a sliding scale fee which is lower but we cannot control the fee that the dental school charges and it is higher She changed sites which is why the price was differentShe has since made an appointment for 4/27/and has accepted the fee over the phone

We in conjunction with University of MO StLuis schools of optometry run clinics days a week at our Biddle locationWe currently have no men in the department so I cannot identify the "he" in the complaintWe do not do adjustment to eye
glasses but we will replace screwsWe would need to retest her vision since it has been almost a yearShe would need to pay for an appointment

Ms***’ insurance denied her comprehensive exam and full mouth x-rays for having them too soon, having had them at another provider’s office, so she owes us $57. With the $she requested back held against this balance, she still at least has a balance due of $19.50. Thanks.***

I am rejecting this response because:
I have nothing to do with what goes on in the office at Affinia healthcare. To be accused of something as fraud is insulting. No one ever ask me to come in to get the proper amount set up or to check on how my case became "complicated" after Dr. [redacted] said is was simple. I spoke with [redacted] and told her that the price was never an issue. To deny me service because of what went on in there office without me presence in the building is discrimination. I have been in there office once and there was zero issues. ALL I asked was that my case be checked out to see why it's now complicated and allow me to pay the adjusted amount.
