Affinia Manhattan Hotel

Review: My confirmation from Affinia, as shown in the email confirmation I was sent immediately after booking the room in advance over the phone with Affinia, showed that my reservation included a suite with 2 QUEEN size beds.When I arrived to the hotel on June *, I was told by the front desk that the only available beds were all doubles for my room type. I showed them my email confirmation for the 2 queen beds to the hotel front desk.I was required to then have to pay more for a upgraded room to get the queen beds I was guaranteed at the lower rate.I was strong-armed by the hotel to pay a higher rate upon my arrival for an upgraded room in order to get the beds I was confirmed by Affinia to have in the first place.I still have the email of the original booking confirmation that clearly states "2 QUEEN BEDS" at the original rate, $30/day lower than I was charged.Desired Settlement: Refund of $180, which equals the six night's of stay at the hotel with an overpayment of $30/night over the original confirmed amount. Thank you.
