The $is a monthly PCI non-compliance feeIn keeping with Visa/MC regulations, we require customers to be PCI CompliantAs part of our service we offer a Compliance Assessment at no additional charge Customers have months to completeThe Non-Compliance fee is only charged if a customer fails to complete the security assessmentThe PCI fee is disclosed during the new account process and user training In addition, we send out email reminders and make personal phone calls to remind customers of the importance of compliance and help them through the processUnfortunately, if the emails go to a spam/junk folder, or customers delete without noticing the deadline, it results in the non-compliance feeEven after the fee is issued, though, we continue to reach out to clients to walk them through the compliance process and then remove the feeIn this specific case, we have reached out to this customer over phone and email and have since removed the PCI feeOur team is always happy to support and work with clients to ensure their compliance and satisfaction
Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: Please see attached the emails ( these are not all of the emails) relating to this matter and please publish them for the world to see, since Mr***, who already had access to these emails, makes claims
contrary to his client’s own wordsThe world should judge them vsMr***’s dubious claims. This company should be ashamed of itselfI have been lied to on multiple occasions by them, and now they attempt to cover up their neglect and negligence by “killing the messenger”I'm willing to bet that I'm not the only one who's ever had problems with this companyLike most people, you encounter these problems and you just let them slide because other big things happen in lifeIn this case however this was a series of bungling, fumbling, neglect negligence, malfeasance and lies by the employees of this companyThey should be ashamed of themselves. And this gentleman should be ashamed of his reply when these emails are now made publicHe has decided to make himself a witness to this matter, which is now careening towards litigation based on his ridiculous reply. I don’t like being lied toThe world needs to know how this company operates! Thank you. *** ***, President QDRO USA, Inc
The $19.95 is a monthly PCI non-compliance fee. In keeping with Visa/MC regulations, we require customers to be PCI Compliant. As part of our service we offer a Compliance Assessment at no additional charge. Customers have 6 months to complete. The Non-Compliance fee is only charged if a...
customer fails to complete the security assessment. The PCI fee is disclosed during the new account process and user training. In addition, we send out 3 email reminders and make personal phone calls to remind customers of the importance of compliance and help them through the process. Unfortunately, if the emails go to a spam/junk folder, or customers delete without noticing the deadline, it results in the non-compliance fee. Even after the fee is issued, though, we continue to reach out to clients to walk them through the compliance process and then remove the fee. In this specific case, we have reached out to this customer over phone and email and have since removed the PCI fee. Our team is always happy to support and work with clients to ensure their compliance and satisfaction
