Review: on November 8, 2014 I was approached by two ladies selling the promotional certificate which called Community Appreciation Program it says in the front of the Pins N Strikes and also showing their address as valid participating location [3443 Laguna Blvd #150 Elk Grove CA 95758. However, I tried to use this certificate but was not accepted by the manager. I believed this is a scam. So I am demanding a full refund of $40.00.Desired Settlement: full refund of $40.00
