on the hose which was left there from our dealership. Due to that fact we replaced a heater core that was leaking but was not a result of pliers being left there. In a goodwill gesture from dealer we repaired vehicle at no charge. This repair is a minimum 1400.00 dollars, however since customer was told that this caused it by outside shop, we decided to repair at no charge as dealer goodwill. Thank you,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I have read the response of ford dealer and I would have to say I am extremely disappointed in the way that I was mishandled. First ford never contacted me [redacted], they contacted my husband and ask to have a meeting with him,  again disregarding me. I accompanied him to the meeting because he didn't know what I reported. We were not addressed by whom ever owns that site but with whom I had an issue with from the start. Secondly he began speaking to my husband and addressing him about my issue as if I were not sitting there. I once again had to bring to his attention that I was sitting here I understand the English language, and I comprehend extremely well, and that this was one of my issues that I had from the beginning. The fact that he never called me for a meeting about my issues and the ignores me while I'm there only leads me to believe that there is some discrimination against women. He was not honest in his report, he Failed to repair my car properly on three different occasions he left pliers underneath my hood which left me no other choice than to take it to an outside source. While he may feel that this is the end and he could mistreat me as customer or woman he can not. I will resolve my issue with ford by any means. Thank you.
