(He waited to long to order his door) The lead time is 10- weeks once we have final detailsAnd he changed his dimensions times which delayed production and changed his stain color twiceThe paperwork was finally completed on 08/22/17...He was rude to my sales rep and starting threatening us with law suitesHe even scared away a locksmith that we contacted to assist with the installation and they refused to do business with this manHE then requested a brass threshold which in years of selling door I never experienced but I agreedLittle did I know that it would cost me $***! But I purchased them and sent themThen he pressured me into installing the lock witch I agree to but tubular lock not the very technical mortise locks (again changing the playing field once more) So I finally agreed to credit him a $ [redacted] so his installer could preform the installation.We bent over backwards to make him happy but he kept changing the playing field.....I wish we never met this guy
