I am rejecting this response because:I know that shipping is a separate issue.  Had I known my order was coming from China, and Affinity Find is located in Billingham, WA., I never would have ordered from this company.  After reviewing the tracking info, on Sept. 10, 2017 at 3:20 p.m. it states the package was processed thru the facility at Nanjing EMS, China.  On Sept. 20,2017 at 4:19 p.m., it states the package was processed thru the facility in Nanjing EMS, China.  I ordered these items on Sept. 1, 2017.  I still want my items and I am trying to be patient.  But after 4 weeks, my patience is limited and this still does not seem like a legitimate answer.

  I am rejecting this response because:  I did contact the company asking if my order had not been shipped would I be able to change it.  I did not say I wanted to change it as the company suggest, I did not say hold off on the order. I did not cancel my order.  This is the response I received from the company.  I received this statement on August 4th.  I contacted the company several times and no response for weeks.  The company did refund my shipping fees after several weeks stating again about overwhelming response.  I waited a week or so with no contact from the company and I email the company and advise them if they are not going to ship my order, please cancel it and rather than contacting me again.  The company cancelled my order.  That is not what I said to them.  I suppose the Revdex.com had contact the company at that time with my complaint and that's why it was cancelled.  I was very disappointed.  The company is not truthful in there response to the Revdex.com.Hello [redacted],We regret that we are unable to send your order.
