If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Although Nicole M [redacted] , the company owner did take the 2 minutes necessary to send the completed forms to myself, she did so only after receiving the report that this complaint was lodged as well as several posts to her companies social media sites. This is not the way to do business. I shouldn't have to file complaints to have a company do their jobs. I waited almost a month to receive the documents that were referenced during our many phone calls and was called a liar by Mrs. M [redacted] even though I provided proof to the contrary and would like to have this complaint listed on the BBB site so that other consumers can become aware of this issue. This information was readily available and easy to send but seemed to be withheld as some time of punishment for being a "troublemaker". I was also promised assistance in filing the forms after closure to recoup several overpayments. This assistance was rescinded after several strongly worded and slightly sarcastic emails were received from them, costing me thousands in unnecessary payments. Again, not professional behavior.
