Complaint #[redacted] The refund was requested on 09/17/2015 per the patient's request. The refund is not handled in house so it was sent to our refund department on 09/17/2015. Per the refund dept, This was refunded to the patient on 10/08/2015. Check #[redacted]. Should have been mailed on 10/09/2015. The patient should be receiving the refund any day.
