 Exactly what other moving companies said that you would say.  Even Delta movers made the statement that this happens all the time with Affinity Van Lines.  I understand the initial statement was NOT a complete walk through of inventory but it should have been a close estimate NOT almost double.  I was forewarned by other movers that this was your tactic in doing business, I trusted you would not do what they said, but when I couldn't get a hold of anyone and no one would return my calls or email and I eventually got hung up on by one of your employees I knew it was going to turn out like it did.  Its amazing how fast you can respond to this but you still to this day have not tried to respond back to me. I will NOT be satisfied until I get some form of restitution and everyone is aware of your tactics.

 So just like everyone said, you're only concern is getting your 500.00 deposit, and your done with the customer.  Its a shame, moving is a very stressful thing especially moving across country.  Most people probably don't have the means to pay double what they are quoted, not to mention having to load leftover stuff that they couldn't move.  The fact that nobody would return my calls or emails says a lot about your company and your ethics.  I am sure your company has no intentions on reimbursing anyone anything, but I will definitely do my part to share with everyone my personal experience with your lack of customer care and scam tactics to prey on people with low ball quotes.

This is definitely not the case.  Your increase in price is due to the increase in the size of your shipment.  In accordance with the terms and conditions of your signed agreement, any increase in items, volume or services will result in an increase in price.  This is exactly what...
