I am contacting the Revdex.com because I am having an awful experience with the auto insurance company known as Affirmative Insurance CompanyLast Sunday evening, my car was backed into and I took pics of all their infoI called their insurance the next day, Monday, and submitted a claimThey sent me an app to download on my phone to take photos and a video of the damage done to my carI submitted all of that and called the insurance adjuster and left a messageThe adjuster never called backYesterday I called the representative in the claims department and they told me they will not pay the damages on my car because they are going through litigationBasically their company is going through bankruptcyThis is not my fault and they need to be held liable for paying the damages to my carI took it to a repair shop and they said it would cost $to repairI want Affirmative insurance to pay me my $so I can repair my car please
