I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Before the workers came in to do the work the tub was smooth to the touch it is now rough the job was done incorrect I could have done it wrong myself the workers that came to the my was unprofessional, nasty attitude and rude. They damage part of my tub why would they charge me? What I'm look for is a refund so I can undo the damage they did and get it fixed the right way.

In reference to his complaint about roughness and spots we went back on 3/**/16 to fix the problem and the technician said the spot was man made damage because tape was put on it and we usually charge when there is man made damage but we fixed it without charging and Jason was there with the...

technicians and he said we never showed up and on 3/**/16 we had a 3 way conversation with Jason and he said the spot was taken care of and the roughness was still there and the technician buff it out so I told him we will come back and send another technician to fix the problem and he said he does not want us to come back. We are trying to satisfied the customer but if he doesn't want us to come back we can't correct it. We are in business a very long time and never had a problem. I hope this problem can be recified. Thank you

I would be liked to be left whole with a tub that I could use the tub is rough to the touch and if they could not do the job right the first time then they should not do it. It's funny that he does remember the attitude that he gave me also blaming me that I damaged the tub myself and telling me if I didn't do it then Angels  must have came down and damaged it at that time I had to tell my kids to go upstairs because I was close to point but because my children were home  I went the route of the Revdex.com to hope nobody makes the mistake that I made by using this company so I must have made the Tub rough to the touch Hmmm I was charged extra just to sand it down maybe it was the people that walked into my house and not tha Angels. The grown man needs to step up and stop lying about what he said.

In response to the complaint - we did go back to fix the roughness and spot that was there (we did not charge to fix the spot which was man made damage) we also buffed the tub again. When [redacted] called again we told him we would go back and he said no - I told him we would send another technician to do it and he said no again & we want to honor the warranty. The company is in Business over 30 years and we don't want the company to get a bad review. Also I spoke to the technician and he said he only spoke to Jason about the spot that was there (man made) and was not nasty with him. I hope this can be resolved. Thank you,
