In June 2014, the customer asked for a gas water heater for her Kennel We installed what the customer requested The customer did not want to pay for a permit The customer did not ask for a liquid propane water heater She asked for the pricing on all water heaters, she was given the pricing on all water heaters, and she then requested the gas water heater because it was cheaper and it was for her Kennel Nearly years later they bring this up They also referred to Steve as the owner of the Company, he is the General Manager, the Company is owned by a Corporation
