*** *** did bring his GMC Jimmy to my shop on 06/to repair the air conditioning systemMr*** brought the parts with him that he wanted to replace on the GMC(When clients bring in their own parts, no mechanic will guarantee the parts, unless they themselves go and get new parts from dealers, because they guarantee the parts) I fixed the air conditioning system and did give him a 90-day guarantee, in spite of the fact that he brought the parts
On 09/16/ (approx.) he came in to tell me the air conditioning was not working and I checked his GMC and told him the air conditioning was O.K., but the harmonic balancer need to be replaced, and he took the car to another shop that replaced the part
On 9/24/he brought the car with the new harmonic balancer, but I noticed that all belts to the compressor were not alignedWhoever installed the harmonic balancer, installed it all wrongI told him I would fix it for $and he agreedIt should be noted, that this work was work I didn't' performedHe left the GMC and I fixed the problem or the other shop and he picked up in 09/26/
Mr*** became very mad when he paid the $He is the one who wanted to beat me upHe started coming at me, as if he was going to hurt meI picked up a hammer to protect myself, and he settled down
Since I noticed his anger, I offered him his money of$back, he said no and he went to his autoHe started the auto and left it running and came back in and asked me for the receipt, which I gave him and he left
In the past eight years in business I have not had a single complaint to the Revdex.com, except his complainSincerely, *** *** ***

[redacted] did bring his 1979 GMC Jimmy to my shop on 06/01114 to repair the air conditioning system. Mr. [redacted] brought the parts with him that he wanted to replace on the GMC. (When clients bring in their own parts, no mechanic will guarantee the parts, unless they themselves go and get new parts from dealers, because they guarantee the parts) I fixed the air conditioning system and did give him a 90-day guarantee, in spite of the fact that he brought the parts.

On 09/16/ 14 (approx.) he came in to tell me the air conditioning was not working and I checked his GMC and told him the air conditioning was O.K., but the harmonic balancer need to be replaced, and he took the car to another shop that replaced the part.

I told him I would fix it for $160.00 and he agreed. It should be noted, that this work was work I didn't' performed. Mr. [redacted] became very mad when he paid the $160.00. He is the one who wanted to beat me up. He started coming at me, as if he was going to hurt me. I picked up a hammer to protect myself, and he settled down.

Since I noticed his anger, I offered him his money of$160.00 back, he said no and he went to his auto. He started the auto and left it running and came back in and asked me for the receipt, which I gave him and he left.

In the past eight years in business I have not had a single complaint to the Revdex.com, except his complain.
