Affordable A/C and Heating

On 5/17/13, I made initial contact with affordable a/c and heating regarding our a/c needing repairOn 5/20/13, an affordable a/c technician diagnosed diagnosed a leak on the left side compressor of the outside unit, he didn't check the inner unit located in the atticI was charged a $service call and $leak search fee, a total of $paid on the spotMy A/C is still under manufacturers warranty, so the part would be covered, I would be responsible for labor and freonOn 5/22/13, the receptionist estimated a week to get the part and about $800+ in labor and freonI expressed that a week was a bit excessive to be without a/c, she said they would make it a priority being that we have two toddlers in the house and to crank up the ceiling fansOn 5/29/13, the receptionist called and said that the owner was going to remove the part and exchange it before installing, but the part wasn't in yetOn 6/3/13, I called affordable a total of times without success, I felt that after two weeks, they had taken my money and ranAt this point, we had been without a/c for a total of days, days after their technician made his diagnosisLater that morning I contacted [redacted] and they repaired my a/c the next day for $in daysThey did a full diagnosis and it was the inner coil in the attic, not the compressor that affordable had claimedI tried calling affordable again to tell them what had happened, but still no answerOn 6/4/13, the receptionist left me a message saying that the compressor was in, I tried to all back without answerAt this point I began to feel that they were just playing with meI feel that they should give me a full refund ($210) because their diagnosis was wrong and they left us without a/c for two weeks, when [redacted] was able to fix it in two days
