Review: May 11, 2013 called AA on a Wednesday, repairman was there by Saturday. Refrigerator/freezer was not staying cold, freezer food thawing, making a loud humming noise like it was straining. He looked at refrigerator, told me immediate it was the defroster system/motherboard. Needed to order the part and would be back to replace. All good, part came in, "[redacted]" came by Saturday (5.18.13) and replaced all. Cost: $371 and if you pay cash tax will be taken off, which I did. He gave me the "story" by replacing this part I will have no more problems. THIS PART IS GUARANTEED FOR TWO YEARS. . .blah, blah, blah. End of August-around 8.29.11 the refrigerator started making the same noise. I called, left my information with the receptionist and was told will call back. NOTHING. One week later, called again. Same thing. I have now called five times and am getting the same response. "I will take your information, pull your chart and call you". . .NOTHING. They have four different phone numbers on there receipt and I have called each any every one of them leaving the same information. ###-###-####/###-###-####/###-###-####/###-###-####I have a second refrigerator in my basement, so I have been very patient waiting for their response. I have just about had it after at this point. IF THE PART WAS NOT GUARANTEED I WOULD BE DONE WITH THESE PEOPLE AND FIND ANOTHER DEPENDABLE REPAIRMAN.Desired Settlement: Refund or replacement of the part that is GUARANTEED for two years. This part was in use three months before trouble began.

Review: This company charges $59.95 for a service charge, which I was told would be taken off the bill if I needed work. My bill showed $95.00 for parts, and $135.00 for labor and service plus tax. When I questioned why the $59.95 was not taken off the bill, the owner told me that the printer who made the receipts, made a mistake with the receipts and it should not have said "labor and service." Therefore, the owner would not reduce the bill by $59.95 because the printer made a mistake on their receipts. She even stated that a lot of people call her about this and it's just the way it is.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed my $59.95 plus tax.

Review: On 7/2/13 I called AA AllTech to repair a leak on my washing machine.[redacted] the tech. came and could not find the leak. The next day when I did a load of laundry the washing machine leaked all over the basement (after a $85.55 service call that was good for 30 days if the problem reoccurred ). I have made several phone calls to All Tech and left messages, I was told that "[redacted]" will be calling me back. He has not. What I want is to have my machine fixed and I do not want [redacted] to do it. Ths business has severa phone numbers....###-###-####, ###-###-####, ###-###-####, ###-###-####Desired Settlement: I would like a return phone call and my machine fixed by someone else besides [redacted]Thank You
