Affordable & Aesthetic Dental Center has been in business for 12 years and we have never had any complaints filed against us with the Revdex.com. We take great pride in having a good rating with the agency.In regards to the complaint # [redacted], as Ms. [redacted] indicated...
in her letter she was seen in our office on March of 2015 and needed extensive dental work. She was not able to afford the treatment and chose to sign up on monthly payment plan with [redacted] for the amount of $1000. After signing up for monthly payment plan she kept failing, rescheduling, not scheduling her appointment for follow up treatment. On 4/5/2016 Ms. [redacted] told us that she wanted us to refund her [redacted] account and we did so promptly.Please understand that we have refunded her account in full. The payment of $356.55 – 460.04 that credit company is asking for is fees and charges that they have assessed her for not making her monthly payments on time to them. We have no authority over [redacted] bank policy and fees that they are charging her.Having said all that, we do not feel this issue is worth us getting our perfect Revdex.com rating effected over. As such to maintain our good standing with Revdex.com we are willing to settle the issue with Ms. [redacted]. We Will mail a check to her for $500, that she can use to make payment to [redacted] credit Incorporated. Once she makes the payment to them it will show as the account being resolved on her credit report. It is her responsibly to make sure she forwards that payment to them. Also, as per her request, we will directly forward a payment to [redacted] for $1000 so that she can get the dental treatment she needs done.
