Complaint: 12060995I am rejecting this response because: I have never been charged by a GMC dealer for a diagnosis, and the service advisor did not tell me that I would be charged for it when I dropped my vehicle for service Regarding the recommendation for the brake issue, their recommendation did not make sense to meThey could not determine the issue with the parking brake, so a replacement of the entire mechanism for several hundred dollars was the recommendationThat is why I rejected the recommendationSubsequently, I took my vehicle to Les Schwab who had originally installed my brakes and they were able to adjust the parking brake and solve the problem for free! I was correct in my logic I demand a full refund or I will never solicit this dealership again!Sincerely, [redacted]
Customer signed an estimate for $ at time of drop off, the tech was unable to duplicate the rear window issue however we were able to find a problem with the parking brake concern and provide the customer a resolution and the repair was declinedThe customer was only charged 1-the estimate for diagnosis [redacted]
