Review: My dogs initial vet visit went well. Once I arrived home, I noticed that the rabies certificate was incomplete. I telephoned the hospital and spoke with [redacted] was very kind and apologized for the error and acted on the matter quickly. I received a revised copy of my dog's rabies certificate immediately.A few days later...I also noticed that the remainder of the vaccinations that my dog had received were not on the receipt. I was present when my dog received them; therefore I certainly know that she received her vaccinations. I telephoned the office and spoke with [redacted], and again she was kind enough to correct the problem. However, she stated that she would e-mail me a revised copy. I did not receive it and I telephoned the hospital again. This time around, I spoke with [redacted] did not allow me to explain a thing. She immediately asked if she could return my call in 10 minutes; I agreed, but never received a call in return. I telephoned the hospital again, but this time [redacted]'s attitude was worse.[redacted] was very rude and unprofessional. She began to speak over me and would not allow me to explain the simple problem. She then asked me for my credit card information to pay for the vaccines again! I continued to explain to her that I had already paid for them, but that clearly the information was not listed on the invoice. She began questioning me; as if I was lying to her. While I was speaking, I heard [redacted] put the phone down. She allowed a few seconds to go on, and then asked, "what do you need?". I became upset and told her that she was extremely rude and unprofessional. Suddenly, [redacted] hung up on me and even after I called againshe continued to hang up. It's a shame that an organization that attracts a lot of business, has employees such as [redacted] working for them. I had not encountered this type of attitude from any of the other staff members working there. I am paying for service and not for attitude!Desired Settlement: [redacted]'s attitude and unprofessionalism needs drastic improvement. Clearly, I am not the problem. I am a paying customer that was simply asking for documentation, proving that my dog had received her vaccinations.
