I paid Hassan *** $250.00 to repair a freezer that was leaking water from the bottom and making a whining noise.
He said he could repair it and told me I had a 90 day warranty. In less time than a month and a half it was doing the same
thing. I called him and he came back and spent 5 minutes working on it. He said it was fixed. It was not fixed. He refused to come back to repair it, even though the 90 day warranty had not expired. He then lied about the original problem.

The serviceman did not repair my icemaker. He replaced the icemaker with a faulty ice maker that did not work. I called and texted him several times and he never answers my calls and/or texts messages.

Hassan R of Affordable Appliance Repair & Service Was hired to complete a repair on our built in double oven per a home inspection for the sale of our home. The oven was fully functional, the control panel simply did not light up. The repair (control panel) was to be finished before our closing of 10/4/19. Mr. R did not complete the repair in a timely fashion, in fact he did not repair the oven at all. His "repair" of the oven consisted of blowing up the electrical and making them completely unusable. At closing, part of our funds were put in escrow pending the repair. Needless to say, since the double ovens are now not functioning, the funds were disbursed out of escrow to fund the purchase of a new double oven.

We contacted The Appliance Repairmen in early September for the repair of the control panel light on our built in oven. Sam from Affordable Appliance Repair and Service came out to diagnose the problem. He understood our home was under contract and the repair needed to be complete by the closing date of October 4, 2019. We paid him $850 for the part with the agreement the repair would be completed. Sam installed the new part on Sept 30 but could not get the whole control board to light. He came back again and still couldn't get all of the control board to light. The house closed and money was held back from our proceeds pending the repair. I no longer had access to the house so the new owners had him come back numerous times to complete the repair. Now not only does the control panel not light but the oven itself is getting an error code making it unusable. The oven worked perfectly fine before Sam attempted to repair the control panel light. I've asked for a refund from him, his voicemail is full and he will not return my texts. The last time we spoke was Tuesday, October 29 with the promise he'd call in 2 days. Not only is the repair incomplete, he has made the oven completely inoperable.

I think this business is a scam.. "Sam" came to my house in July to fix my dryer, they took a credit card over the phone for the service call. He checked the dryer and said he needed to order parts. He will not return calls or texts.. I think they collect money for a service call, say they need parts, and never come back. Do not give them your credit card or use them. Horrible.

Came to the house to fix my dryer. Told me it was suspension rods and he would need to order them. That was the first week of June...it’s almost August. Won’t return calls

I called for repair on a decar stove down draft. *** came took $29.99 for call and said if I wanted to repair it it would be $470 of which he would apply this $29.99 to. This number never returns my call, doesn't even answer now, says leave a message I want my $29.99 back.
