I have been without the use of my washing machine for two months and no one has contacted me for two weeks now. My name is [redacted] and I've had the worst experience with [redacted] While doing laundry two months ago my washer made a loud noise and begin to smoke. I called [redacted] to report this problem and was told that they would send someone out here and that my parts and labor would be taken care of by [redacted] (I'm truly grateful). However, this has been a nightmare. Affordable Appliance Repair came out to determine that the washer(model [redacted] needed an inner tube and an outer tube. Well, according to Affordable Appliance this is a two person job. After the [redacted] Tech inspected my washer, it took a week for the parts to make it in and another week before a tech came out given that it was a "two person job". I was told by [redacted] at Affordable Appliance that it was difficult to schedule a time to get get my washer fixed because she would have to pull another tech from another job in which they would be basically losing money. I was then asked if it was someone at my home that could possibly help one of the techs. After two weeks of waiting, the two techs were at my home for a least two hours. They took the washer apart only to find out that the part they ordered was not the correct part. I DID NOT FIT!! They informed me that I needed to call [redacted] because it was they're fault for sending the wrong part. I've called [redacted] several times and the customer service has been horrible and nobody seems to know anything. I'm constantly being transferred around after being on hold for 30-45 mins. I once called and spoke with [redacted] at extension XXXXX in the executive department. I asked to speak with a manager and her exact words were, "I can't transfer you to a manger. You can call back and ask to speak to one". That made me furious! I became adamant and demanded to speak with a manager. [redacted] placed me on hold and came back to the phone to inform me that her manager told her to tell me to do something in which I can't remember because by that time I was [redacted]. That was very unprofessional and I did not like second hand messages from people who are suppose to be placed in authority to deal with issues as such. I've had at least four different work orders because no one can seem to figure out the problem so they'll just create another ticket. The last one that was given to was XXXXXXXXX. This is ridiculous! [redacted] is telling me that it's Affordable Appliance fault and Affordable Appliance is telling me it's [redacted] fault. I DO NOT CARE WHO'S FAULT IT IS! I finally spoke with [redacted] (a supervisor in the executive department) and she was able to communicate with Affordable Appliance to figure out the problem. After being on the phone for hours, I was told that the parts that was need for my washer were in stock. I received a call from [redacted] at Affordable Appliances to let me know that she was going to reorder the correct parts and that it would take another week for them to arrive. A week went by and I didn't hear anything from them. I was called a week later to be informed that it was the same EXACT part they had before. IT WAS NOT GOING TO FIT! I was asked if [redacted], (An Affordable Appliance tech) could come out to take pictures of my washer and get measurements. This was Tuesday, November 19, 2013.Today is Tuesday, December 3, 2013; I have not received a call,or an update thus far. I called Affordable Appliance all day yesterday and got no answer. I also called [redacted] the whole day yesterday and only received recordings stating that all the representatives were busy..to leave a message. I asked for the president of [redacted] and was told the only way I could reach him/her was via email or write a letter and send it to a physical address. I've sent the president of [redacted] an email ([redacted].com) regarding this manner November 26, 2013 and have not had a response as of today, December 3, 2013. I been very patient and two months is too long..I NEED THIS PROBLEM RESOLVED ASAP..NOW! I'M TIRED! Desired SettlementThis has been an on going problem and I can't afford to continue to go to the laundry mat any longer. We are hand washing our clothes..which is RIDICULOUS! Since no one can seem to get the correct product for my washing machine. Given that it has taken this long with no communication and no resolution. It takes weeks for them to order another part(if they can find the correct part), and get a tech out here to install it. I am asking for a NEW washing machine. Final Consumer Response I am/was unaware that the wrong part has been shipped THREE times. I only know of two. However, Affordable Appliances has not been in contact with me since November 19, 2013, the day the tech came out to take pictures of my unit. I have phone records to prove this. It has been two months and I'm tired of one company pointing the finger at that next. THIS PROBLEM NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED ASAP!!!

I contacted [redacted] on or around June 30th, at 1-800-[redacted]. I informed them that My ice dispenser does not dispense ice and needed repairs. The informed me that Affordable Appliance Repair will contact me for date of service. The company came out, my husband paid $95.00 for the trip service fee then they looked at the refrigerator and informed him that we needed a paddle for ice dispensing. Two weeks go by and no response on status of part, I contacted company on July 13, 2015 and left three messages and no return call. After I made the third call and informed them I will pursue a complaint with the Revdex.com. I had also called [redacted] who also called three times while I was on hold to speak with the company and not one response. So, [redacted] agreed to send another company out for service to my Refrigerator in which, I agreed with. Those are the facts. My complaint is the payment I made for service that was not completed by the company. [redacted] is the company who suggested that another company to be called and cancelled out the other. So, the service they agreed to perform for [redacted] as a sub-contractor failed to deliver the part needed from the initial trip charge. The other complaint is for the company not to even contact me, the consumer for any information on the service as in any status on estimated delivery date. The other complaint is trying to reach out to this company. They make it hard to locate their business by not displaying an address on their website. For [redacted] to call as well and not reach the business is just about enough for me. So, needless to say, I still have to pay another company basically for the same service but higher in cost to me. The refrigerator is still broke and I have my appointment made and I will pay another $95 for the trip service and additional labor cost once part comes in. By the way, I had to contact [redacted] just to get an address to this company in order to file this complaint.Product_Or_Service: Trip Service Repair for [redacted] RefrigeratorOrder_Number: unknownAccount_Number: NONEDesired SettlementFirst and Foremost, I would say communication on behalf of the Company should not be a cloak and dagger to contact. To have a website and not even list the address in contacts makes me wonder why you don't have one. Communication between the consumer and company to talk to one another. You don't wait for two weeks to go by without any update on the service. I would have liked to have an email or phone message on the status of the part or what ever the problem in delay may be. Business Response I am very sorry for this, I will refund your 95.00. I am the owner and I just researched the call. It was an error on my office manager. as far as the address it is my home and I do not want customers coming to my home. I am sure you can understand this. I have 4 kids and the world is crazy. I Do not understand why your messages were not answered that is not the way I run my business. Again I will be sending your monies back today in the mail. I do understand the address issue but it still makes a person question the actual Business when a phone number, fax or email is the only way to speak with someone. To have no one return your call or give you updates on the situation can make anyone question the Business. After being on the phone with [redacted] and for them to try and contact you as well while I was on hold, questioned their sub-contracting agreement with you. For any future repair services, I would recommend setting reminders on phone, computer or automated email to contact your customers after a week to give a status report. I do appreciate the response and in no way do I wish to discredit your business but with the complaint I would rather advise how to assist. I look forward to receiving my refund to help pay for the other company to resolve the initial problem. Final Business Response The complaint is noted. Thank you for the advise.

They repaired our washing machine, but it stopped working again within a few weeks. [redacted] tried contacting them as did we and received no response.Affordable Appliance Repair came to our home to repair our non-working [redacted] Washing Machine. The ticket for the repair was dispatched to this company by [redacted], as they are one of [redacted]'s repair contractors. No more than 1 month after they repaired our washing machine, the same issue occurred again. We've tried calling Affordable Appliance Repair, but no one answers the phone. We've left messages for the exact person that fixed our washing machine based on the contact information on the business card he provided, and he has not responded either. [redacted] (the manufacturer of the washer and company that hired them to repair their machines) has also tried putting in a ticket with them and calling them, but have not been able to receive a response either. Now, we are without a washing machine because this is the only company in our area that [redacted] uses to repair its' washing machines.Desired SettlementFix our washing machine, answer the telephone, provide us with compensation for Laundromat fees we've had to pay since being without a washing machine. It is very hard to get threw on the phone there is one person answering them and she is always on it, however I know she answers all the vaoicemails. If there was a voice mail left we would have called back. Please let me know Thanks [redacted]Consumer Response I believe person who came to fix our washer the first time was [redacted]. When the we had additional issues with the washing machine, [redacted] left several voicemails as did my husband. Since no response was received by your company in over 7 business days, [redacted] had to involve another contractor that they do not typically use in this area.Final Business Response I am so sorry you had to go threw this, I have checked my records from last year and this year and cannot find your name anywhere. Could it be under a different last name? We even looked it up 10 different ways making sure the name was not spelled incorrect. Do you have the bill or 412 number from the first visit that [redacted] came to? Again I am sorry for this but I just cant find you anywhere.
