There were some initial issues getting scheduled due to my work schedule, but we eventually settled on painting during two days in MarchAt the last minute, *** e-mailed me and asked to shift the days due to a delay in a previous projectI couldn't because of my workHowever, *** later wrote me and requested that I select two days in May for the paintingI did so and received e-mail confirmation that my days were good to go
However, when those days in May arrived, I didn't hear from ***, nor did anyone come to paintI've now tried calling and e-mailing multiple times and haven't heard anything from *** whatsoever

In December 2014 this consumer purchased a coupon from Angie's List.  She contacted us 1 week after purchase and we set up a time to come and give her an estimate.  Another week later she was emailed a project start date and she did not respond back to us until 1 year later.  She...

apologized for the delay and asked if we would honor the coupon since it expired after six months after purchase  We agreed and chose another start date, sent her an email to verify this date and again she not get back to us until seven weeks later.  She contacted us again and asked if we would honor.  We set up another date, June 4, 2016, and assured her that the 8 hrs on the coupon could turn into 3 days due to the drying process.  She said OK, but then contacted us later and said she could not make this day and cancelled.  We rescheduled again for June 20, 2016, Before this date she filed the complaint with the Revdex.com.  She claims to have called us many times, but that is not true.  Keep in mind the coupon has expired and we have offered her the extension as good customer service.  She paid Angie's List not us for this coupon.  I have told her to contact Angie's List to get her refund back as she has never given us any money.  I have done everything to help this consumer in honoring a coupon which has expired.
