I am writing to review this travel agency I found them through groupon the first timeWe booked a trip to Thailand and everything was great from tours to hotels The second time I booked directly from their website for a trip to ChinaAnd there again it was awesomeFrom hotels to the toursWe got a little scared for China when we landed at the airport as no one was waiting for usBut they came later I would use them again and again

They scam me out of a $dollars for a day tour of Thailand I had to cancel do to medical reasons I requested Travel Insurance from day one and they did not pay the travel company They only refunded me $on 8-21-

The second time I booked directly from their website for a trip to China. And there again it was awesome. From hotels to the tours. We got a little scared for China when we landed at the airport as no one was waiting for us. But they came later.

I would use them again and again...

Terrible customer service, check out other online companies like gate1travel This company is beyond rude and doesn't care about their customers. Wouldn't refund my trip so I was forced to go on it - they also book jewelry shops to lower cost of over all trips. BEWARE of these shops as jewels are fake!!!
