Affordable Asphalt & Landscaping

On June 2013 I contracted Affordabl Asphalt owner [redacted] to asphalt our drive way due to my husband is disabled and wanted to park his truck on something solid. [redacted] came by and offered us an $800 dollars contract deal instead of $1600. We agreed,[redacted] and some other guy came by without marking or edging the driveway for the asphalt. [redacted] poured black ashphalt sealtant that was left over from another job and then left. Two weeks later we checked the driveway and dirt/holes had peeked through and after raining the asphalt went away. I contacted [redacted] through facebook and he stated that he would come back to fix the issues or re-asphalt. As of todate [redacted] has not come back! [redacted] was paid in installments with a letter attached for him not to come to my property again. [redacted] threaten to take me to court for the remained of his money with him knowing the job was shabby, and he used an innocent person to ROB! I'm requesting a refund or he comes back to repair the job. [redacted] has a [redacted] page named Affordable Asphaltlandscaping/sProduct_Or_Service: AsphaltDesired SettlementI would either like a refund of $800 or full repair. I do have the business card with his proposal on it for proof.
