I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThis account that was provided by the business is a slight misrepresentationI misspoke in saying the high beam was outI went to the business due to my front headlight being outI did not distinguish between high or low beamWhen this was pointed out to Management she agreed that the mechanic did not complete due diligence to ensure all aspects of the light were repaired prior to my arrivalThis was not only acknowledge by management but reinforced by stating that she spoke to the mechanic as to his lack of throughnessRegarding the history of the check engine light I went into great detail explaining That I had replaced the plugs Myself and went to auto zone to see why the problem was not ResolvedTo this management stated they don't have the same quality of diagnostic equipment she would have to do her own testingI did not objectI contacted the business after submitting this letter to try to rectify the previous issuesIt was determined that it was another error code that was different than the initial oneOverall I have no desire to continue to go back and forth with this situationIt is more than obvious that they will not own up to the fact they did not resolve any of their stated work that caused them to make an executive decisionThey are not a business I would ever return to and I would like to see them adopt more ownership as to when they are at fault

were not told to replace any other bulbWe replaced the low beam bulbWhen the customer came to pick up the vehicle she switched on the high beams the Passenger side didn’t come onWe explained that the high beam was a separate bulb and would be glad to replace it, we were not aware the high beam was not workingThat separate bulb would be an additional charge for $She declined to have us replace the bulbIssue#Check Engine Light Background information given to us: Vehicle drivability bad, low powerCustomer had gone to Auto Zone & was informed that there was a misfire in Cylinder #There was no information given to us that any spark plugs had previously been replaced as stated in her complaintI informed *** *** that we could not go by an Auto Zone Diagnosis, we would have to perform our own diagnosticsAt the time of receiving her vehicle I told her the Diagnostic fee for the Check Engine Light would be ~$40-$80(0.5-1.0Hr) depending on the problemWhen we pulled Fault Codes from the vehicle there were multiple issues going on(1)Code PMisfire Cylinder #(2) Code PEngine Speed SensorDiagnostic Time 1.0HrIssue #Background information given to us: Wipers were working, but when turned off would park in the middle of the windshield instead of the bottomAfter spending HrDiagnostic time on the Wipers we found that the motor needed replacing to have them park in the right positionI contacted *** *** with the following estimate: Headlight /$part & $labor Wiper Motor/$part & $labor Replace #Spark Plug/$part & $labor
