In reference to the above listed, [redacted] purchased the 1999 Chevy Monte Carlo from our dealership on january 26, 2016, not February 27, 2016 as she stated in her complaint.
An extended warranty was offered to Ms. [redacted] upon purchase but the warranty was declined.
Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle...

was diagnosed yesterday at one of the repair facilities that we have a business relationship with, the vehicle needs a motor due to being driven while the engine was overheating.
We have already repaired the vehicle once at no cost to Ms. [redacted]. We will reapir the vehicle again as a good will gesture; this repair is estimated at approximately $2000.00 and is due to the vehicle being driven while overheated.
I have spoken to Ms. [redacted] and explained to her this is the final repair I will cover in an effort to maintain customer satisfaction.

I am responding to the Ms. [redacted] issues on her 1999 Chrysler Town & Country. She purchased the auto on 03/02/2016with no warranty, she had a complaint about her belt had come off about thirty days later. We got the car in as a good will fixed her car. We put a harmonic balancer and new...

pulley with a new belt. All work was preformed at [redacted] Auto Repair an outside repair shop that we deal with. Now we are hearing from her six months later and several more miles that she has several other issues. Ms. [redacted] purchased the car with no warranty. She is asking us to fix the items or trade her car in on another vehicle. I told her no problem she can bring car in but I cannot give her the original price that she paid for the car. We will give her a discount on anything she picks out due to being a previous customer. Enclosed are copies of repairs done after 30 days that we did to fix her car. If she would like to come in and look at another car we will be happy to help her and save her due to her troubles. [redacted] (Owner)

RE: [redacted]To Whom It May Concern:In reference to the above listed, the tracking device was removed from Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle on 3/14/2016.  We apologize that Ms. [redacted] is upset, however we do not normally go to a customer's home to remove tracking devices, different vehicle makes and...

models require different tools to remove and/or install a device.  We work very hard to accommodate our customer, however we have been operating with half of our technician staff during our busiest season of the year, and we also have insurance guidelines to follow.  Fortunately we were able to remove the device.  Sincerely, [redacted]President

[redacted] purchased a 2005 Nissan Altima on December 11, 2015, with an original purchase price of $5495.00. On the date of purchase we honored the discount that we offer. A returning customer is offered the ability to purchase a vehicle with up to $1500.00 off the down payment. [redacted] did not put...

any money down on the vehicle therefore we honored the program that we offer. At no point did we offer to take an additional $1500.00 off the vehicle. On 10/14/2016 the vehicle was repossessed because her payments were over 2 months behind. When contact was made on more than one occasion [redacted] stated the vehicle was in a shop and that she was unable to drive it. She also stated that she could not afford the car anymore. The car was not in the shop it was at her residence. All proper notifications were sent out in an attempt to solve the payment issue. If there are any questions you can contact me at (phone number).
