Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I called and spoke to Gregg and he gave me the run aroundBut after I texted him several messages, he now says that he is going to make an appointment at the Dodge dealership That will not be until Tuesday the 17th I do not know what he is going to do or is he just talking Because if they do say exactly whats wrong and fix everything , is he going to comply Sincerely,*** ***

This letter is in response to File # ***The complaint regarding *** *** ***Affordable Auto Liquidators LLC first interaction with ***\*** *** was on 2-25-when *** *** traded in his Ford f-for our Dodge Dakota (VIN # ***)
At the time of sale on the Dodge Dakota, *** *** voiced his concern about the seatbelt, the concern was, he was having a hard time clicking the seatbelt in placeThe sales manager (Steve G***), also *** ***’s son checked the seatbelt, which was working properly
The problem was with ***’s handThat’s where the problem was, because of his physical condition with his hand it wasn’t allowing him to click it in properlyHe is on disability, We lubricated the components so it would be easier for him, which seemed fineThis completed our promise on the Due Bill
On 4-15-2016, *** *** came in to Affordable Auto Liquidators LLC, and traded in his Dakota Truck and wanted a bigger truckThis was a Dodge Ram
A few days later, saying the truck was not running rightOur mechanic then proceeded to check the truck outThere was no check engine light on or any codes the diagnostic machine was picking up, at that point there is nothing we can fix if we couldn’t figure out what or if anything was wrong with the vehicleIt was running and operating smoothly
While Affordable Auto Liquidators LLC was trying to find a problem with the Dodge Ram we let *** *** drive a Loaner, a Chevrolet Avalanche*** *** immediately proceeded to go down to Steve’s Tires (blocks away) and ordered them to put Brand New tires on the vehicle (a free loaner vehicle) at our expense. Hugo, at Steves Tires was very dubious about this and called us to verify if we wanted tires put on our Chevrolet AvalancheObviously we did notWe still can’t understand what he was thinking
The next day, *** *** came in and asked about the problem with his Dodge Ram truck (he was still driving our Avalanche truck). He talked to Gregg T*** who runs the business with his wife Vikki T***. Gregg T*** told him that he could not make the truck new and used trucks with 130,miles, often times don’t run like a new one (engine wear etc.) and we can’t make a new truck out of itGregg T*** said again, that our diagnostic equipment or Auto Zones equipment could not find a problem(Autozone has state of the art equipment)
Gregg T*** then said he would do this: Affordable Auto Liquidators LLC would set an appointment with Lithia Dodge (Manufacturers Franchise) and let them diagnose the problem (if there was one) and we would take care of whatever the fix was required, if needed. *** *** seemed to accept that offer as being reasonable.
To our surprise, a few hours later, *** *** called and told us to cancel the appointment with Lithia DodgeHe said he wanted to trade his truck
A couple of days later, *** brought back our Chevrolet Avalanche and picked up his Dodge truck*** was never without a good running truck at any time
*** and *** *** came in a week or so later again complaining about the Dodge Truck and wanted to find out what we were going to do about the truckWe did not have a different truck he wanted to buy (I do not think Gregg *** his wife ***, that he called to have us cancel the Lithia Dodge appointment)
Apparently, *** and *** have traded the Dodge Ram truck in at another dealership

I am Gregg T[redacted].  I am the General Manager of Affordable Auto Liquidators.  Have the customer call me at 509-521-9723 and I will schedule an appointment for them and take care of all issues that can be taken care of. We can schedule them an appointment in the next few days and will...

provide them with a loaner vehicle while the vehicle mentions is worked on.
Let me know if that is the direction the customer would like to go .

[redacted] did not get insurance with Tri-Cities Community Credit Union as was required to purchase the loan From Affordable Auto Liquidators.  She knows all of this.  She still owed us in excess of $5,000.00 on her Mercedes.
We offered to even pay her first months insurance. ...

Unfortunately, she failed to bring her account current (which was past due)  with us and insisted she owed us nothing. She also told us to quit calling her.
We had no recourse but to pick up her car as we had [redacted] driving an un-insured car with us as Legal lien-holder, past due, and a customer claiming she owes us nothing. 
Now she says we owe her $5,000 on a car that she still owes $5,000.00 on,
How does this work ?
